Story: Hi I am Pavel the artist behind Rudok’s Tavern, one of my life long interests aside from illustration was always working with wood. In 2018 when I and Rudok started working on Rudok’s Tavern I have also started making epoxy resin dice on sied, some of them I have sold on Dice Foundry the first project focused on woodworking
All of this was in service of eventualy creating a dice made out of wood filled with resin.
Over the time I have been semi-sucesfull with some of the experiments due to a tremendous help from my machinging-savy friend Jakub with whom we have purchased a cnc mill together.
Getting to truly symetrical and numbered polyhedral dice was a far away horizon however. Due to an increase in my and my friends’ work I have left the project to sleep for the last two years. But now after a long wait I braved myself to start working in Fusion 360 again, and to my surprise I was able to fix all of the main problem we were having with all of the previous paths. Now have a look.
So why ROG? Rog is derived from slavic god Svarog who father of the gods and a smith that forged the Sun
