Six incredible encounters of people with moose as a documentary odyssey about the changes of human’s perception of nature in todays world.

Is there such a thing as a totem animal? And if so, can its call be so powerful that it sends even a European on a journey following its tracks? In the moose odyssey, the director follows moose-obsessed people, so-called "amoosed" individuals, across the entire planet. Her journey leads from the migrating and secretive moose of former Czechoslovakia, through a Russian moose domestication farm to a Swedish moose park, where moose live with people directly in their households, all the way to distant Nova Scotia in Canada. In the end, it turns out that it was probably the director's ancestors who led her to Canada, where the indigenous Mi'kmaq nation lives, who consider moose to be sacred animals, a spiritual totem, and have an important message about animals and nature not only for the director, but for the entire contemporary world.

Shot in Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden and Canada.
