Rare Wondrous Item (Cloak), Requires Attunement

On the Brink.

• While wearing this cloak, you regain 1 Hit Points if you roll a 18 or 19 on a death saving throw. 
• You are immune to critical hits while at 0 Hit Points. 
• During a turn, you cannot gain more than a single death saving throw failure, including failures gained from received damage. 
• After you roll a death saving throw, you can decide to immediately make one extra death saving throw. 

Flee from Death. Once per long rest, you can use your bonus action to use the Dash action, you also cannot die or be reduced to 0 Hit Points until the start of your next turn. 

Final Rest. You can cast the Feign Death spell on yourself at will, and you are under the effects of Feign Death while you are sleeping.
