- The area affected by the cyclone is considered heavily obscured. You have the ability to see through the Cyclone as if it was not heavily obscured.
- Ranged Attacks, the trajectory of which moves through the Cyclone, deal extra 1d10 Lightning damage
- When a creature moves into the cyclone’s area for the first time on a turn or starts their turn there, they must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d10 lightning damage on a failure.
Ride The Lightning (Recharge 6). As a bonus action, you can touch a willing creature, a small or medium object, or a point on the ground. At the start of your next turn a lightning strikes the target from the sky, forcing every creature within 5 feet of them to make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 Lightning damage on a failure and you teleport yourself to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the target. The target does not take damage from this feature.
The feature fails if there is any sort of roof or ceiling less than 100 feet above the target when the or if there is no unoccupied space within 5 feet of them when the lightning strikes.
