Gives a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
Wind Vortex. Once per long rest as an action, you can create a wind vortex within 100 ft. of you.
- Creatures inside the area see everything further than 30 ft. of them as heavily obscured.
- Ranged Weapon Attacks have disadvantage inside the area.
- At the end of their turn, each creature inside the vortex must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw, being pushed 15 feet towards the centre and falling prone on a failure.
- A creature moving through the area must spend 2 feet of movement for each 1 foot they move.
- The Vortex lasts for 1d6 rounds (DM rolls the duration without you knowing).
Full Sails. As an action, you can create gusts of wind capable of moving objects within 60 ft. that weigh less than 1lb. 5 ft. away from you. You can also use this power to fully propel a sailing ship without requiring a crew or the right wind, however you must do so while concentrating and without being interrupted.
Storm Wielder. While in a storm, you deal extra 2d4 lightning damage with the weapon, and you can cast the Lightning Bolt (DC 15) spell once per short rest while inside it.
