Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

This strange node has a small brain held in liquid inside of it, with a metal chassis. When you attune to this item you must jab the small node on its end into your skull, the item sticking out of your head. While attuned, your Intelligence score increases by 4, as does your maximum for that score.
