Very Rare Consumable (Potion) 

When you consume this potion as action, you gain the ability to once cast the Plane Shift spell within the next minute. 

For the next 24 hours after casting the spell, you and all creatures that were teleported by the spell also become immune to the special properties and inherent dangers of the chosen plane. The following examples illustrate what sort of protection the Potion might give you

• Ability to breathe water in Planes filled with water
• Immunity to fire and heat from environmental effects in hells or fiery planes 
• You aren’t affected by Time Warping in feyish realms

When the protection ends, you can choose to make yourself and all other teleported creatures affected by the Plane Shift spell that will automatically teleport you to the original realm from which you teleported.
Your protections immediately end if you or any other creature that you teleported with leave the plane to which you travelled with the Planeshifter’s Potion
